Laminated Wear Blocks are unique wear resistant materials in that they combine very high wear resistant qualities of a high chrome cast iron (ASTM A532 15/3CrMo, 700 BHN – 63 HRc) with a weldable & high impact toughness mild steel through a metallurgical bond to create a product that is exceptionally resistant to impact and abrasion while retaining.
Specifically designed for the sugar industry utilising a sharp edge for maximum shredding efficiency.

High Carbon White Iron with 700 BHN hardness to provide extremely good resistance to severe erosion/gouging/corrosion types of wear.
2. RELIABILITY
Metallurgically bonded to a Tough Ductile Weldable steel plate. Impact will not destroy the integrity of the wear resistant layer..
3. VERSATILITY
Buyers can choose from our complete line of standard product or have a new design completely customized to fit your needs.
4. FLEXIBILITY
Available in Sharp and Blunt Styles
5. EASY INSTALLATION
Weld – with no special rods or preheat requirements. Can be easily welded or any shape of bolt or screw hole can be incorporated.
